The unexpended and unobligated general fund balance on June 30, 1999, of the appropriation made in sec. 31, ch. 137, SLA 1998, page 45, lines 9 - 11, as amended by sec. 12, ch. 2, SLA 1999 (Oil and Gas Litigation and Legal Services - $6,184,100), not otherwise reappropriated in this Act, is reappropriated to the Alaska debt retirement fund (AS 37.15.011)." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. [Amendment No. 12 was changed by Legal Services to reflect the amount of the appropriation as amended in ch. 2, SLA 1999.á Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 12 be adopted.
